Taking an old VHS that had importance and meaning and putting it in the hands of a company I didn't know seemed almost impossible. However, from the time I went online and put in my "order" to have it transferred to DVD to the time it was delivered Filmfix was professional, responsive, and accurate. I would highly recommend entrusting your important films and videos to this company. And it was a quick turn around!
